The holiday season is the busiest time of year, and although we do our best to get you all your orders in time for the holidays there are worldwide shipping delays that mean those items could take a little longer than usual and we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in time. We ask that you please be patient with us this holiday season and would strongly recommend ordering as soon as possible! U.S.A. Orders (Ship Time: 5-7 Days)
All orders in continental US receive free shipping on orders over $45 USD, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of $6 USD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-4 days for delivery.
After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS for American orders.
Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.
Canadian Orders (Ship Time: 5-8 Days)
All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $50 CAD, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $7.99 CAD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-10 days for delivery.
After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post for Canadian orders.
At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the USA.
We want you to love your new skincare routine! If you are not 100% satisfied with your Three Ships purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We'll even pay for your return shipping! Products must be returned in new or gently used condition - we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.

- Order number
- Item(s) you are returning
- Reason for return
We will respond to your request within 3 business days and will provide you with a return shipping label.
Shipping for Returned Items
You will not be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange for another product, please send our team an email at email@example.com. Please note that we will only exchange products that are unopened and unused, and sent via tracked shipping. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs.
If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!
If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
