Some legends even suggest that it was discovered by a very small fleet of just three ships. While we know this to be a myth, great discoveries can still be made with limited resources. We embrace this less is more mindset and use this philosophy to chart our course as a company. We believe you don't need a long list of unnecessary ingredients in your skincare products, and you don't need a 12 step skincare routine to achieve beautiful results.

Yes! All of our products meet the highest quality in avoiding certain additives. Our reasons to not include these ingredients range from not being suitable for those with sensitive skin to not safe for infants. While our products aren’t made for babies, we want new moms to feel comfortable with buying our products.

The skincare industry has come a long way; there are so many innovative ingredients and substances are naturally derived, that we use in place of parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrance and phthalates.

No, we do not and will never test on animals! We are certified cruelty-free by the Leaping Bunny Program.

Look for the jar symbol on your product packaging to know exactly how long it will be good for after opening. Most products will be safe to use for 6-12 months. You can use our free stickers to mark your opening date so it is easy to keep track of expiry!

Since our products are made with 100% natural oils and ingredients, keep all products at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Ensure that all products are kept away from children as well.

At the moment, we do not have a product that contains SPF.

Radiance does not have an SPF, therefore, will not protect your skin from the sun. Make sure to follow up with an SPF!

Our products aren't tested for use on babies, so we don't recommend them for infants. Consult with a pediatrician for suitable baby care options.

We do! The top products for those with mature skin are Awake, Boost, Radiance, and Firm Believer.

We always recommend a gentle, minimal routine approach for pre-teens building their first skincare regimen! A cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF is the perfect routine to get started.

Start by choosing a cleanser: Purify for normal skin, Harmony for sensitive skin, and Refresh for oily and acne-prone skin types. Round out the routine with Radiance for a healthy, moisturized glow!

Traditional retinol is a vitamin A derivative whereas, bio-retinol is a plant chemical that is not a vitamin A derivative but works in a similar mechanism to the skin cells as traditional retinol would. Due to bio-retinol being plant derived, it is not nearly as harsh on the skin as regular retinol!

All of our products are free from synthetic fragrances however, we use very limited amounts of essential oils in our products!

Because all of our ingredients are 100% natural, it can often smell unpleasant. By using less than 0.8% concentrations of essential oils, we are able to create an enjoyable skincare experience without any effects on your skin.

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee that any Three Ships Product is 100% nut free.

No, a number of our products are made from soy. If you have a soy allergy, we recommend that you do not use our products as we cannot guarantee any one product is 100% soy free.

All of our products, with the exception of Superfruit containing Barley Extract, are formulated without gluten-containing ingredients! However, they are produced on lines where gluten-containing products are also handled. As a result, we're unable to guarantee that our products are 100% gluten-free.

Our cream jars are filled precisely to the weight listed on the packaging. To ensure that the product doesn't overflow when closed, the jars must have a small amount of headspace for the pump to be screwed in! Once you start to pump, the mechanism will push the cream up towards the dispenser.

How to Use

If you are using small amounts of Detox on breakouts, you can leave it on overnight. If you're applying Detox on your whole face, we recommend washing Detox off after 10 minutes to avoid dry skin.

There are a few ways to incorporate all the creams into your routine! First, you use Radiance in the day, Dream at night, and Firm Believer as a targeted neck treatment. You can also utilize each cream based on the amount of hydration your skin needs knowing that Radiance is the lightest-weight, Dream in the middle, and Firm Believer is the richest!

A small portion of our products uses plastic components, such as our pumps and droppers, which are not recyclable as of yet. To ensure our products are responsibly recycled, we have partnered with Pact, a nonprofit membership organization that collects hard-to-recycle beauty products.

We ask all suppliers to disclose environmental policies and provide legal documentation confirming their ingredients are cruelty-free, vegan, and ethically sourced. Protecting workers' rights is of utmost importance, and our supplier code of conduct sets high standards for ensuring worker diversity, safety, and treatment.

Upcycled beauty reduces waste by sourcing parts of produce that would often contribute to food waste. We see value in discarded raw materials and strive to find methods of upcycling these ingredients for formulation.

After entering your birth date in your account, you will receive your discount eligibility on the morning of your birthday. The discount will usually show between 9 am and 12 pm EST, so please don't worry if they don't show at midnight. Please note: If you entered your birth date less than 30 days before your birthday, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after the entry date. Yes! If you are interested in being a part of the Fleet Affiliate Ambassador program where you an earn commission with your personal discount code, you will need to be in the top tier of the Reward program: The Fleet VIP tier. To find out more see the VIPs Earn More section above.

Once logged in to your account, look to the bottom right hand side there is a small purple button that says "Rewards" with a gift icon located next to it. Once selected, a launcher will appear, navigate to the section labelled Rewards Program and select the option that says "Redeem Points". Once selected all options for redemption will appear, you will only be able to select the product in which you have enough points for. When you have chosen your product for redemption, click "Redeem" and a code will appear. Please copy this code then add the product to your cart that you redeemed for. When checking out, enter the provided code and the item in your cart will then discount 100%!

This error message shows when our system detects a self-referral. For example, if you've already signed up for an account under the email, but visit the page again and attempt to claim another reward using another email address, we will block the referral since it's considered a self-referral and abusing of the referral rewards program. Our app also tracks the IP addresses of customers to reinforce this. So if the customer sent the referral to someone who is in the same location and/or is using the same network, this would be flagged as a self-referral because the referrer and the referee would most likely have the same IP address.
