Is double cleansing recommended with Harmony? Double cleansing is always recommended (in the PM) as oil cleansers (like Nourish) help break down the dirt and oil, and water cleansers (like Harmony) will deep clean any remaining dirt or debris in the skin. This is even more the case if you wear makeup and/or SPF on skin. However, Harmony can be used as a double cleanser itself - using Harmony twice (once dry, second wet) is a great way to still double cleanse when you are experiencing sensitive skin.
