OFFICIAL RULES

THREE SHIPS GOLDEN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

VOID IN QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Three Ships Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Niu Body Inc. o/a Three Ships ("Sponsor"), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, officers, and directors, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

The Birthday Edition Jelly Drops will be available for purchase exclusively from threeshipsbeauty.ca during the Sweepstakes Period, or while supplies last (whichever comes first). Golden Tickets will be included in select Birthday Edition Jelly Drops units shipped during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize claims must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 29, 2026 (the "Claim Deadline"). Any Golden Ticket codes submitted after the Claim Deadline will be void and ineligible for a prize.

The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. PURCHASE METHOD (GOLDEN TICKET):

Purchase Three Ships Birthday Edition Jelly Drops from threeshipsbeauty.ca during the Sweepstakes Period. The Birthday Edition Jelly Drops is a specially packaged, limited-production version of Three Ships' bestselling Jelly Drops™ Kakadu Plum + Mushroom Hyaluronic Acid Serum, available during the Sweepstakes Period and while supplies last.

A limited number of Birthday Edition Jelly Drops units (approximately 0.6% of total production) contain a Golden Ticket insert in the package.

Not all Birthday Edition Jelly Drops units contain a Golden Ticket

Each Golden Ticket contains a unique code that can only be redeemed once. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, forged, or altered Golden Tickets are void. Lost, stolen, mutilated, or illegible Golden Tickets will not be honored.

B. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print or type your full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), email address, phone number, date of birth, and province/territory of residence on a plain 3" x 5" card or paper and mail it in a hand-addressed outer envelope with sufficient postage to:

Each AMOE entry must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per outer envelope. All AMOE entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2026 and received by April 7, 2026 to be eligible.

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible AMOE entries on or about April 14, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated agent. The selected entrant will receive a prize identical in value to a Golden Ticket prize (one year of free skincare, ARV $1,032 CAD), subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules, including correctly answering the skill-testing question requirement.

Mass entries, entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and entries by any means that subvert the entry process are void. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

ENTRY LIMITS:

Golden Ticket Method: Limit one (1) prize claim per unique Golden Ticket code. Each person may find and claim multiple Golden Tickets if they receive multiple Golden Tickets in separate orders, subject to the household limitation below. Golden Ticket entrants are only eligible for Golden Ticket Prizes (not eligible for the AMOE Prize).
AMOE Method: No limit on mail-in entries, but limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. AMOE entrants are only eligible for the AMOE Prize (not eligible for Golden Ticket Prizes).
Household Limitation: Maximum of one (1) prize per person and per household (defined as people living at the same address), regardless of method of entry.
Purchase of Three Ships Birthday Edition Jelly Drops is for the product itself; any Golden Ticket included is a bonus and does not guarantee a prize.

4. PRIZES

TOTAL PRIZES AVAILABLE: 7 (7) prizes will be awarded as follows:

GOLDEN TICKET PRIZES:

Six (6) prizes available exclusively through the Golden Ticket entry method.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Each Golden Ticket Prize consists of a curated selection of Three Ships products with an approximate retail value of $1,032 CAD, designed to provide a full skincare routine for one year. The prize will be awarded as a single shipment.

Products included in the prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Products will be selected from Sponsor's current product catalog and may include cleansers, serums, moisturizers, masks, eye creams, and other skincare items. Winner will not be able to select or substitute specific products. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made at Sponsor's sole discretion based on product availability.

PRIZE ALLOCATION: Golden Ticket Prizes will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to verified entrants who successfully submit a valid Golden Ticket code found in select Birthday Edition Jelly Drops units, complete the entry form, correctly answer the skill-testing question, and comply with all other requirements during the Sweepstakes Period and up to the Claim Deadline. Once six (6) Golden Ticket Prizes have been claimed and awarded, no additional Golden Ticket entries will be accepted.

TOTAL ARV OF GOLDEN TICKET PRIZES: $6,192 CAD (based on six prizes at $1,032 CAD each).

AMOE PRIZE:

One (1) prize available exclusively through the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE).

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: The AMOE Prize consists of a curated selection of Three Ships products with an approximate retail value of $1,032 CAD, designed to provide a full skincare routine for one year. The prize will be awarded as a single shipment.

PRIZE ALLOCATION: The AMOE Prize will be awarded via random drawing from all eligible AMOE entries received by the AMOE receipt deadline. The drawing will be conducted on or about April 14, 2026. The selected AMOE entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question and comply with all verification requirements to be declared the winner.

TOTAL ARV OF AMOE PRIZE: $1,032 CAD (one prize).

PRIZE SEPARATION:

Golden Ticket Prizes and the AMOE Prize are awarded from separate prize pools:

Golden Ticket entrants are NOT eligible for the AMOE Prize
AMOE entrants are NOT eligible for Golden Ticket Prizes
Each entry method awards prizes independently
You cannot win more than one (1) prize total, regardless of entry method

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $7,224 CAD (based on seven prizes at $1,032 CAD each).

ODDS OF WINNING:

Golden Ticket Method: Odds of receiving a Golden Ticket depend on the total number of Three Ships Birthday Edition Jelly Drops units produced and the number of Golden Tickets inserted. Estimated odds of receiving a Golden Ticket with purchase of one (1) Three Ships Birthday Edition Jelly Drops: approximately 6 in 1000.

Receiving a Golden Ticket does not guarantee winning a prize; entrant must also successfully complete the entry process including correctly answering the skill-testing question and complying with all Official Rules. Odds of winning a Golden Ticket Prize after receiving a Golden Ticket depend on how quickly entrants claim their prizes during the claim period, as prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

AMOE Method: Odds of winning the AMOE Prize depend on the total number of eligible AMOE entries received. For example, if 50 eligible AMOE entries are received, odds of winning are 1 in 50. If 200 eligible AMOE entries are received, odds are 1 in 200.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash equivalent or prize substitution allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein.
If a prize or portion thereof cannot be awarded as described for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value.
Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes after delivery to the winner.
All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Prizes consist of product shipments only. Winners are responsible for ensuring they can receive and use the products (e.g., no known allergies to product ingredients).
The prize will be shipped to the winner's verified address within Canada only. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, or misdirected packages due to incorrect address information provided by winner. If the shipment is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will make one (1) attempt to contact the winner for a corrected address. If winner does not provide a corrected address within ten (10) business days, the prize will be forfeited.
Winners are responsible for any costs not expressly included in the prize description, including but not limited to shipping costs for returns or exchanges and personal expenses.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash.
The Birthday Edition Jelly Drops purchased is separate from and not part of any prize. Purchase of Birthday Edition Jelly Drops is at the regular retail price for the product; you are not purchasing an entry into the Sweepstakes.

5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

GOLDEN TICKET WINNERS:

Potential Golden Ticket winners will be determined upon successful validation of their unique Golden Ticket code through the online entry form at https://www.threeshipsbeauty.ca/pages/goldenticket during the Sweepstakes Period and up to the Claim Deadline, and upon successfully answering the skill-testing question presented during the online entry process.

Golden Ticket Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The first six (6) entrants who successfully complete all entry requirements (valid code, complete entry form, correct skill-testing question answer, compliance with Official Rules) will be declared potential winners, subject to final verification.

AMOE WINNER:

On or about April 14, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible AMOE entries received by Sponsor or its designated agent. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or a designated third party using a random selection method. Sponsor recommends documenting the drawing process via video recording for transparency and compliance purposes.

SKILL-TESTING QUESTION (MANDATORY FOR ALL WINNERS):

Before being declared a winner, each potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. The question will be administered:

For Golden Ticket winners: Online during the prize claim process (automated validation with time limit)
For AMOE winner: By telephone, email, or mail at a mutually convenient time

The skill-testing question will be in the form of a multi-step arithmetic problem (e.g., "(12 + 8) × 4 - 5 = ?").

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time permitted will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

For Golden Ticket winners: If a Golden Ticket entrant answers the skill-testing question incorrectly during online entry, their entry will not be processed and the prize will remain available for the next eligible entrant.
For AMOE winner: If the selected AMOE entrant answers incorrectly, an alternate AMOE entrant will be selected by random drawing from remaining eligible AMOE entries, time permitting.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Golden Ticket Winners:

Potential Golden Ticket winners will receive an on-screen confirmation immediately upon successful completion of the online entry form and skill-testing question. Sponsor will also send a confirmation email to the email address provided within approximately seven (7) business days of successful entry submission.

Potential Golden Ticket winners must respond to any follow-up communications from Sponsor within ten (10) business days of the date of first attempted notification. If a potential winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited.

AMOE Winner:

The potential AMOE winner will be notified via mail, email, or phone using the contact information provided on their entry within approximately fourteen (14) days of the AMOE drawing.

The potential AMOE winner must respond to the notification within ten (10) business days of the date of first attempted notification. If the potential winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible AMOE entries, time permitting.

VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

All potential winners (both Golden Ticket and AMOE) must complete, sign, and return:

A Declaration and Release Form confirming eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and granting certain rights to Sponsor
Any other documentation required by Sponsor (such as proof of identity or age verification)

These documents must be returned within seven (7) business days of receipt. Failure to return completed documentation within the specified time period, failure to comply with these Official Rules, the inability to accept the prize as awarded, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

For Golden Ticket Winners: If a verified Golden Ticket winner fails to complete verification requirements, the next eligible Golden Ticket entrant who successfully completes the entry process will be awarded the prize (subject to the limit of six Golden Ticket Prizes total).

For AMOE Winner: If the selected AMOE winner fails to complete verification requirements, an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible AMOE entries, time permitting.

Selected entrants must accept the prize as awarded and must sign a Declaration and Release Form before the prize will be awarded. The Declaration and Release Form confirms compliance with the Sweepstakes rules and releases the Sponsor from liability. It also confirms consent to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of the winner's name, address (city and province only), voice, statements about the Sweepstakes and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees:

To be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects;
To release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or any Sweepstakes-related activity;
That Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose;
That Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; (b) violating these Official Rules; (c) violating the terms of service, privacy policy, or other terms, conditions of use or policies of the Sweepstakes website; (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (e) for any other good cause as determined solely by Sponsor;
That if for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation;
That Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to comply with applicable laws without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes;
That any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law;
That Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

PUBLICITY: By accepting a prize, winners consent to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, address (city and province only), voice, statements about the Sweepstakes and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.

PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.threeshipsbeauty.ca/pages/privacy-policy, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and as set forth in these Official Rules for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise outlined in these Official Rules.

TAXES: Under current Canadian tax law, prizes received from contests and sweepstakes are generally not subject to taxation as income. Winners are responsible for determining their own tax liability, if any, and for any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Province of Ontario. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

CONDUCT: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible, who has violated any rule, who has acted in an unsportsmanlike manner, or who has acted with the intent to disrupt the Sweepstakes.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the other Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries or mail;
Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties;
Errors in transmission; inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
Technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials;
Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
Lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, incorrect or delayed entries, or for theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries;
Any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any parties providing prizes or any other persons or entities involved in this Sweepstakes;
Entries that are forged, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, or not received by Sponsor;
Any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize or winners;
Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

8. WINNERS LIST

For the names of the winners, available after July 30, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Three Ships Golden Ticket Sweepstakes Winners List, 180 John St, Toronto, ON M5T 1X5 Canada. Requests must be received by September 30, 2026.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

11. LANGUAGE

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and French versions of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail, govern and control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR AMENDED IN ANY WAY EXCEPT BY SPONSOR IN A WRITTEN DOCUMENT ISSUED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLARIFYING OR CORRECTING ERRORS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.
