USA orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 1-5 days for delivery. Canadian orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3-5 days. Tracking can take up to 24-48 hours to initially populate! Once it has populated, it can sometimes take between 5-7 business days for tracking to update between stops. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us at hello@threeshipsbeauty.com so we can make this right for you!

Look for the jar symbol on your product packaging to know exactly how long it will be good for after opening. Most products will be safe to use for 6-12 months.
Since our products are made with 100% natural oils and ingredients, keep all products at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Ensure that all products are kept away from children as well.
