1. ELIGIBILITY

The Three Ships Win Your Cart Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is being conducted concurrently in Canada for eligible Canadian residents under separate official rules (the “Canadian Rules”), available at [Canadian rules link]. All eligible entries received under these Official Rules and the Canadian Rules will be combined into a single random drawing for one (1) prize.

Employees, officers, and directors of Niu Body Inc. o/a Three Ships (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, officers, and directors, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 9, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit threeshipsbeauty.com (the “Website”), log into your Three Ships account, and add one (1) or more products to your shopping cart while logged in.

To be eligible, you must be logged into your Three Ships account at the time products are added to your cart. Carts created while not logged in are not eligible. If you do not have a Three Ships account, you may create one free of charge on the Website. No purchase is required to create an account.

You do not need to complete checkout or make a purchase to enter. Subscription renewal orders do not qualify as entries.

ENTRY LIMITS

Limit of one (1) entry per person for the Sweepstakes. If a person creates multiple carts or uses multiple accounts, only one (1) entry will be counted.

Mass entries, entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and entries by any means that subvert the entry process are void. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4. PRIZE

One (1) prize is available to be won across the United States and Canada combined.

If the winner is a US resident entered under these Official Rules, the prize consists of one of the following:

(a) If the winner completed a purchase of their cart during the Sweepstakes Period, the winner will receive a refund of the amount paid for that order, up to a maximum of $377 USD.

(b) If the winner did not complete a purchase during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will ship the products in the winner’s cart as recorded at the end of the Sweepstakes Period, free of charge, up to a maximum retail value of $377 USD.

If the value of the products in the winner’s cart exceeds $377 USD, the winner may choose which products to receive, up to a total retail value of $377 USD.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize: up to $377 USD.

If the winner is a Canadian resident, the prize will be awarded in accordance with the Canadian Rules.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from the United States and Canada combined during the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash equivalent or prize substitution allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Any portion of the prize value not used is forfeited.

If the prize or a portion thereof cannot be awarded as described for any reason (including product availability), Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or portion thereof with another prize of equal or greater value.

Product prizes will be shipped to the winner’s verified address within the United States only. Sponsor will pay all shipping costs and any applicable duties or import fees on the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, or misdirected packages due to incorrect address information provided by the winner. If the shipment is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will make one (1) attempt to contact the winner for a corrected address. If the winner does not provide a corrected address within ten (10) business days, the prize will be forfeited.

Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes after delivery to the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring they can receive and use the products (e.g. no known allergies to product ingredients).

If the winner’s order is cancelled or returned after the drawing, the winner remains eligible for the prize under option (b), since no purchase is required to win.

5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

DRAWING: On November 16, 2026, at approximately 11:00 a.m. ET, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received under these Official Rules and the Canadian Rules combined, by Sponsor or its designated agent, at 180 John Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address associated with their Three Ships account within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) business days of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

VERIFICATION: The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful) confirming eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, along with any other documentation required by Sponsor (such as proof of identity or age). These documents must be returned within seven (7) business days of receipt. Failure to do so, failure to comply with these Official Rules, inability to accept the prize as awarded, or ineligibility will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees:

To be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects;

To release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or any Sweepstakes-related activity;

That Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose;

That Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website; (b) violating these Official Rules; (c) violating the terms of service, privacy policy, or other terms, conditions of use or policies of the Website; (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (e) for any other good cause as determined solely by Sponsor;

That if for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select a winner from eligible entries received prior to cancellation;

That Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to comply with applicable laws without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes;

That any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law;

That Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city and state of residence, voice, statements about the Sweepstakes and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor in any media now known or hereafter devised.

PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.threeshipsbeauty.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules. Entering the Sweepstakes does not subscribe entrants to marketing communications.

TAXES: The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law, and the winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Province of Ontario, Canada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the other Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries;

Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, including failures in cart or account tracking;

Errors in transmission; inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;

Technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials;

Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;

Lost, stolen, incomplete, incorrect or delayed entries, or for theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries;

Any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of the prize or winner;

Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the prize.

If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

8. WINNERS LIST

For the name of the winner, available after December 16, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Three Ships Win Your Cart Winners List, 180 John Street, Toronto, ON M5T 1X5, Canada. Requests must be received by January 31, 2027.
