What was the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? 
The founder of Healthade Kombucha, Daina Trout, told me early on that instead of getting overwhelmed by all of the “to-dos”, I should just put one foot in front of the other, and tackle one thing at a time. It’s so simple, but I find that when I get into that mindset – it truly works!


What was the worst piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Keep an eye on everyone out there and follow them on social media – I actually find that my best work happens when I am NOT looking around, and I’m focused on Brightland
